Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Postage: (non-rural) - $8.25
  • Rural Address Postage: - $13.75

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur and may be beyond our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes within New Zealand.

 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Taxes

All sales are inclusive of 15% GST

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside New Zealand

Damages

Boot Studs NZ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Boot Studs NZ. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bootstuds.nz and send your item to: [Insert Return Address].

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
