Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Public holidays.

Orders received on a Friday will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Flat Rate Nationwide NZ :  - $9.25

Our delivery partner is Aramex NZ. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and may be beyond our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes within New Zealand.

 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Taxes

All sales are inclusive of 15% GST

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside New Zealand

Damages

Boot Studs NZ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
